My Top Colleen Rothschild Skincare Recommendations

If you have followed me for some time then you know that I’m a HUGE Colleen Rothschild fan. Like tried every product, placed multiple orders so I’m always stocked up fan. It’s the real deal! I’ve written multiple blog posts on her products, you can read some of my most viewed and helpful ones HERE, HERE and HERE.

I thought that it was about time for an updated post for you all since they are having a huge anniversary sale on their site right now – 25% off everything with code “7YEARS”. Since I’ve been using her products for so long, I feel like I know most of them VERY well, so I might as well be a good resource for all of you! I shared my top picks over on my IG stories (saved to my highlights under “Colleen Rothschild”) and pulled all of that info into a post for you all so that it’s always here for you to come back to.

ORDER OF HOW I PUT THESE PRODUCTS ON IF I’M DOING A BIG SKINCARE ROUTINE NIGHT:

  • CLEANSE
  • EXFOLIATE
  • MASK
  • SERUMS/OILS
  • MOISTURIZER

Don’t miss the hair products while they are on sale! My top recs….the hair mask and serum FOR SURE. They have changed the texture of my hair and have added so much shine and smoothness. I use the mask 1-2 times a week and the hair serum before I blow dry or on mornings when my hair needs a pick me up! She just released a new hair kit that has travel sizes in it + a new hair styling cream that I’m loving too. The kit is a great way to try everything out without buying the full sizes!

You can’t go wrong with any of these cleansers. The Balance Gel Cleanser is super lightweight, doesn’t really have a fragrance and suds up so nicely to remove makeup. It’s a great option for my gals with sensitive combination/oily skin.

The Radiant Cleansing Balm is one of her top sellers and literally makes your face feel like you just left a spa. It’s so luxurious and smells AMAZING. I use the toner after I wash my face for just an extra step of cleaning or in the morning to wake up and freshen up my skin. It doesn’t dry out your skin like some toners can do and really helps minimize pores.

Next up, exfoliaters! These are vital in your skincare routine to help keep your skin fresh and to help your products soak in & work better. I try to exfoliate about 2-3 times a week.

If you are looking for a light grainy exfoliater, go with the Micro-Mineral Resurfacing Scrub. It’s great to scrub on after you wash your face and washes right off with water.

If you are looking for a heavier exfoliater option, try either the Mandelic Acid Radiance Serum (it’s a chemical exfoliater serum) or the Glycolic Acid Peel Pads. The Radiance serum stays on over night and soaks right into your pores, leaving your skin glowing in the morning. The acid peel pads are just like toner pads but tingle when rubbed over the face and really help open up pores/brighten the skin! My top pick is the Peel Pads…..so so good and are always selling out!

I’m a major fan of face masks! I try to use one 2-3 times a week based on what my skin needs at that time. Colleen has 3 great masks that are all target different issues:

  • If you have dry skin: Get the Intense Hydrating Mask – This one goes on thin and clear like a regular lotion, so I  leave this one on overnight. If you are traveling or having dry skin issues, give this one a try
  • If you have dull skin: Get the Tumeric Mask – This mask majorly brightens and wakes up the skin. It has a gentle exfoliater in it as well and your skin feels so awesome after it’s washed off.
  • If you have irritated, red or acne prone skin: Get the Detox Mask – This is your typical type of black clay detox mask. Calms skin, shrinks pores and kills bacteria. If you have acne prone skin, are having a freak breakout or have discoloration/redness, try this one!

I just started using serums in oils in the last two years and man what a difference it makes! Especially that face oil 9! This stuff is liquid gold and will leave your face so bright and hydrated the next morning when you wake up. I used to be so nervous to apply oils to my face because I can get oily throughout the day sometimes BUT this has actually helped control the oil on my skin throughout the day and it’s incredible. Highly recommend!

If you are looking for an age targeted serum, this one is a great option as well!

Two types of moisturizers, one lightweight and one heavy duty. I use them both at different times for different issues but the Sheer Renewal Cream is probably my most use moisturizer from the entire line. It’s super lightweight, hydrates and is oil free! If you are looking for a great everyday lotion, this is it!

If you are having major dry skin, the Extreme Recovery Cream is for you! It’s a super thick moisturizer that really helps change the texture of your skin from dull and dry to hydrated and fresh.

Two products for eyes that I love from Colleen’s line: the Retinol Eye Serum and the Complete Eye Cream. If you aren’t using an eye product at the moment…..snap out of it girl and get to it! It’s so so important! The skin around your eye is the most delicate, aka ages and wrinkles the fastest. Keep that skin hydrated.

The Retinol eye serum is pricey but man does it work wonders! It helps with small fine line and wrinkles and just helps the eye area look more refreshed in general. The Complete Eye Cream is a lightweight, oil-free cream that is great under makeup during the day. A basic eye cream that is a great one to start with if you haven’t been using an eye product yet.

I sure hope you all find this helpful and remember…..your skin is your most vital organ…it’s important to invest in it and take care of it!
