Nursing Friendly Wardrobe Pieces

I’ve promised this post to so many of you and I’m so happy that it’s finally here and published!

I know that this post doesn’t pertain to everyone, but for those ladies out there who are breastfeeding and think that you can’t wear cute, stylish and trendy clothes, I’m here to tell you that you are wrong!

I’ve been breastfeeding for over 5 months now (I honestly can’t believe it myself!) and have found some super great tops, dresses and sweaters that are perfect for wearing and feeding that cute little babe of yours. Just because you’re a breastfeeding mama doesn’t mean that you can’t dress fashion forward and cute!

I wanted to make this post a great reference for all of my mama followers out there….If you are ever stuck in a rut and don’t have something to wear or have no inspiration, come back to this post! I’m linking over 30 nursing friendly options at the bottom, so there is something for EVERYONE!

Maia Moda sent me a box of clothes about a month ago and I’ve been wearing what they sent me on repeat for the past couple of weeks. I’m styling their Gaia Dress in this post and have also become a huge fan of their simple Maia Tank as it doesn’t look like a nursing tank AT ALL. For all of the Maia Moda pieces, the top layer of fabric just pulls right up, exposing a slit in the tank or dress where you can easily feed your baby. GENIUS! The fabric is also super light, flowy and flattering! I can’t say enough great things about these pieces.

Have a friend or family member who is nursing?! Send them this post…..I promise they will appreciate it!

Thanks for stopping by and reading!
Who’s ready for the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale Public Access tomorrow?! I’ll have another blog post up here and running tomorrow morning with more of my favorite picks (since now I’ve tried on almost everything! HA!), so make sure you come back tomorrow morning since everyone can shop the sale by then!

One more thing….if you are reading this and breastfeeding….WAY TO GO. It’s probably one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do. New to breastfeeding?! Keep trying. I wanted to give up at least 85 times in the beginning. I promise it gets easier.

** Thank you to Maia Moda for sponsoring this post **
