Suede bags: Suede bags started becoming a huge trend towards the end of last fall and they are back with full force this year. I’m loving the woven detail, olive green + maroon colors and slouchy totes I’m seeing so far!

Barn Jackets: Another returning trend from last year that I’m loving! The oversized barn jacket in taupe, brown or suede is all the rage this fall!

Studs: Studded shoes, studded bags, studded jackets – I’m seeing so many studs and I’m excited for it!
Mary Jane shoes: This is one trend I really have never quit. I love a good Mary Jane flat and there are so many cute ones this fall already!
Lace: I’m seeing lots of lace tops, dresses, and lace skirts under oversized sweaters. Such a fun trend!
Horse sweaters: a huge preppy trend, horses are everywhere this fall!
