As much as I love shopping/trying out new Sephora products, I love a good, affordable drugstore find! As of right now, these are my top 5 favorite drugstore products that are all a great price and work just as well (if not better) then some of the expensive makeup products.
1.) Elf Power Grip Primer – Honestly, all Elf primers are amazing, but this one reallllly works. It’s basically identical to the $38 Milk Hydro primer but is only $10! I put this on first after my Vitamin C or light weight moisturizer and it helps your makeup last all day without sweating off or flaking. It’s amazing!
2.) Elf Halo Glow Liquid Filter – I love this stuff so much! In my opinion, it’s super similar to the very popular Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Filter. It does basically the exact same thing but only costs $11 instead of $49! I put this on after my primer and before my foundation – it leaves the most subtle, prettiest glow filter on your skin! Makes you looked slightly airbrushed, which is gorgeous – I use shade “Fair/Light”.
3.) Milani Baked Blush – This blush is just gorgeous and a little goes a long way. It reminds me a lot of the Kosas Baked Blush but it’s only $12. My favorite shade is “Dolce Pink”.
4.) L’Oreal Panorama Mascara – Now, mascara is like a pair of denim…not everyone is going to like the same formulas, wear, look but in my opinion, this one is AWESOME. I love the brush… it’s not clumpy, it’s not too wet or messy but you can still build on it to make the lashes look bold. It also makes the lashes look long and voluminous so overall it’s an awesome $12 mascara. I’ve had a ton of you message me and say you love it & a few of you who said that you had a hard time taking it off. I didn’t buy the waterproof one and had no issue getting it off with one wash of my face!
5.) NYX Butter Gloss – I can’t even tell you how many times I’ve repurchased this $6 gloss. My absolute favorite shade is Creme Brulee and I wear it alllll the time. I wish it lasted a little bit longer on the lips but it is hydrating, not drying and a gorgeous neutral pink color for everyday. I also love the Elf Plumping Gloss in shade “Sparkling Rose”. It’s another great affordable option that is so pretty on the lips!
I did a reel over on Instagram showing how I used these products if you wanted a closer look – WATCH IT HERE.
