Holiday Hair Inspiration

Holiday parties & events are here so I wanted to give you all some hair inspo!

Whenever I think holiday hair, I always want to add a cute accessory and a red lip….maybe even a fun pair of statement earrings to finish the look! Throwing your hair up in a simple bun or low ponytail screams glam, chic and it looks like you put in a ton of effort when really it isn’t hard at all. Using the right products for volume and not trying to make it look perfect is key. You want it to be a little “messy” as that adds some volume & dimension as well!

HAIR PRODUCTS:

When it comes to adding volume in my hair, you all know that I can’t live without my Pebble Beach texture spray. I swear it’s the best texture and volume spray I’ve found yet that doesn’t leave a cakey buildup on my scalp and doesn’t leave my hair crunchy or unmanageable the next day. I’ve used it for about 3 years now and still say it’s my #1 hair product pick! The Skipper hairspray is also quickly becoming my favorite as it has a anti-humidity ingredient in it….something I never knew I needed until I moved to the Midwest! Ha!

I think it always helps to use a good hair serum or styling cream as well to tame fly-a-ways or frizzy hair. These ones are some of my favorites!

(Code “ASH” always works to get you 30% off the Navy Hair site).

HAIR ACCESSORIES:

When I think holidays, I think pearls, velvet, satin, silk. So any accessories that include those textures or fabrics are great ideas to add to a fun hair style!

Earrings | White Pullover | Red Lipstick

And remember, if you do your hair and still aren’t feeling festive enough, add a red lip. That’s always the icing on the cake. Here are my top 3 red lip colors:

Charlotte Tilbury Red Carpet Red (seen in these pictures above)

Mac Ruby Woo

Stila Liquid Lipstick in shade Besos

Happy Holidays!
