Eloise’s 12 Month Schedule

ONE YEAR.

(Wipes tears from face).

No but really. Where do I even start?!

Everyone always tells you that when you have a baby to “Soak it in because it goes so fast”, “Time flies”, “Enjoy the moment”. Well, here we are one year later thinking “It went so FAST” HOW has it been one year?!

Honestly though, I really feel like I can say with full certainty that I soaked it all in the best I could. And I’m proud of that! This has literally been the fastest, most rewarding, and BEST year of my life. I can’t speak for Bryan, but I’m pretty sure he would say the exact same thing. 🙂

It’s a crazy experience to grow a baby inside your belly, give birth to them and then watch them grow for a whole year. SO CRAZY and SO FUN all at the same time!

Eloise has so much personality, is SUPER cautious, sweet and LOVES her food!

We couldn’t have asked for anything more.

She truly is PURE JOY.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY SWEET GIRL!!

HER FAVORITE TOYS AT THE MOMENT:

Eloise’s Twelve Month Schedule

8 am: Wake up & has her first 8 ounce feeding of the day (We’ve been using this formula since month seven and have loved it! No tummy issues and she didn’t notice a difference at all). We will be switching this up now that she is one and will start feeding her “real” breakfast food in the am.

8:30am -9:30am: Play time (See toy favorites above this  to see what she loves playing with).

9:30am-11am: First nap of the day (This nap varies. Sometimes it happens, sometimes it doesn’t).

11am-11:30am: Morning snacks/early lunch (a jar or two of food or one of these pouches which she LOVES, cut up banana, avocado or whatever we are eating for breakfast – cereal, eggs, yogurt).

11:30am-2:00pm: We run our errands (post office, grocery store, Target) or meet up with friends for lunch or coffee.

2:00pm-2:30pm: She basically eats a second lunch – anything I cook up (sausages, veggies, mac & cheese, etc) and then will have a 4 ounce bottle.

2:30pm- 5pm ish: Second nap of the day (and longest one – thank goodness! Mama can get some work done!).

5 pm – 5:30 pm: Go on a short walk for the day. She’s currently obsessed with walking over to the dog park and watching all the dogs play. (She literally laughs out loud….it’s too cute!).

5:30pm – 6:00 pm: Time to eat dinner! (A jar or two of food, some sweet potatoes or whatever we are having for dinner. We have given her everything that we eat since she was 4 months old and now she eats anything!).

6pm – 6:30pm: Bath time.

6:30pm-7:30pm: Play time.

7:30pm: Last 8 ounce bottle of the night.

8pm (ish): Books, brush teeth and bed.

Her schedule has changed quite a bit and per usual, it doesn’t always go as planned. If you are a mama, you know exactly what I’m talking about! Her biggest changes have been switching from three naps to sometimes only one nap a day AND she is much more mobile!

WHAT’S IN HER CLOSET:

Dress / Bow

We are celebrating her big day by going to the zoo for the first time as a family! She’s been loving dogs and all animals lately so we think she will have a really fun time exploring the zoo on her big day!

We are also throwing a birthday party for her this weekend (I can’t wait to show you all the details) and it will be up on the blog hopefully next week!

Have a great rest of your week friends!

PS. There are so many of you that have been following me since the day Eloise was born and I just want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for loving on my little girl. It means so much to both Bryan & I and I can’t thank you enough for all of your mama advice along the way as well! I’ve learned so much from you all in the past year…so THANK YOU!! xo

(I’ve been documenting Eloise’s schedule for the past year every two months, so if you’ve missed any of those posts, you can find them here: Two Month Schedule / Four Month Schedule / Six Month Schedule / Eight Month Schedule/ Ten Month Schedule ).
