It’s been a whole week since we spent the day celebrating our sweet girl with friends and family!
Everything ended up being perfect and even the rain held off until right after the party ended. We couldn’t have asked for anything more!
I went with a “French Ballet” theme since I know that this might be the only birthday party where she can’t really choose what she likes! Bring on all the Disney birthday parties from now on…mama got hers in!
Throwing a one year old birthday party can be a lot of pressure and a ton of work…..if you let it. Most of the items for Eloise party were simple, affordable and from Etsy, Amazon or props from our wedding. Yes, I re-use things! 🙂
Tutu Tassel Garland & “Eloise is One” sign
Tip: fill mason jars or tea tins up with babies breath and fill spots that need decor. Super affordable and beautiful!
Eiffel tower & ballet slipper sugar cookies from Danville Bakery.
Cupcakes from Danville Bakery.
Gorgeous high chair garland from With Love Event Decor
Sign from Hobby Lobby.
Mini cake from Sweet Affair Bakery in Walnut Creek and it was SO good!
I get these salted caramels from Trader Joes and they are some of my favorites. We have them out at every party we throw…. they were even on our dessert table at our wedding!
Another tip: take framed pictures of the babe from around your house and use them as party decor!
I got these adorable cupcake toppers of Amazon and was so thrilled with how they turned out!
If you have thrown a one year old birthday party, post some pictures in the comments below! I want to see how creative you got, how cute your kids are and I want other mamas to be able to come to this page and get some creative and DO-ABLE ideas for their littles!
Thanks for reading and loving on our Eloise! It means so much to us!
