Spring Stripes

Is there anything better than nautical stripes in the spring?

I’m thinking not.

If there is one trend that never goes out of style, it’s stripes. I throw on a striped tee or dress and I instantly feel like I need to be on a boat in the Hamptons. Anyone else?

Stripes go with just about anything. Jeans, white denim, a cute fedora hat, saddle color accessories….an outfit right up my alley.

When Red Dress Boutique sent me this perfect striped tassel tie waist dress, I was instantly ready for 70 degrees and sun. (I’ve talked before about dancing in the dressing room when you try on something you absolutely love…that’s what happened when I put on this dress).

This striped dress is flattering, long enough, ties in the front for size adjustment and is the perfect dress for spring AND summer.

And engravable necklace and stripes?! You’d think I lived on the East Coast! (which I SO wish I secretly did!)

I received these fun espadrilles sandals from Callisto of California and ABSOLUTELY love them! The arch isn’t high but you still get a “flatform” wedge, which gives you some height. This basically means….no pain! But really, I walked around all day in these shoes yesterday and they never hurt. I will wear these all season. Just so you know, they run slightly larger in size. I’m usually a 6.5 or 7 in shoes and the size 6 fit me the best.  SUCH a good summer sandal.

Are you ready to pull out all your stripes? I hope so. Hoping this post leaves you with a little nautical spring time outfit inspiration.

Happy Tuesday!
